Camping at The Bus Fair is one of the most magical aspects of the event. Everyone is welcome whether you're bus life, van life, truck life, tent life or hammock life. We have limited camping spots so be sure to reserve a camping pass if you want to meet many like minded people and swap stories.
Each person camping will need a camping pass and kids 12 and under get into the event for FREE. Campers are able to check-in Friday, 6/19 and check-out Monday, 6/22 morning or add "Linger Longer" to stay until Thursday, 6/25 morning.
Discounted camping is available for those who purchase more than two camping passes at a time. Discounts are also available if you purchase a Educational Seminars Package on Friday 6/19 and/or for Vendors.
FYI: Camping passes historically sell out the quickest. Early bird pricing ends on 4/1.

These camping passes are extremely limited, sell out quick and are located right in the event venue. Enjoy camping in Greenwaters Park with other like minded bus / van converters, truck camping gurus, tent pitchers and tipi dwellers. Or heck, throw the bedroll out under the stars of the Cascades. Spots include shaded, sunny and partial shade/sun. First come first serve.
Camping Passes Include:
Friday
- Check-in for camping beginning in the afternoon Friday, June 19th along the river banks and walking distance to National Forest trails, disc golf course, restaurants, bars, stores and more.
- Join us for the unofficial kickoff party in the historic Uptown district of Oakridge, OR with restaurants, bars and outdoor music venues.
Saturday
- Access to tour upto 30 Skoolies
- Numerous live music performances
- Access to handpicked art and food vendors
- Access to beverage garden featuring local breweries, vineyards and more.
- Private access to the after hours party with DJ's and campfire gathering (conditions permitting) on Saturday, June 20th
- Access to Sunday Funday activities on June 21st including yoga, music circles, games, scavenger hunts and more.
- Access to potable water and restrooms as well as swimming hole or short walk to motel with showers.
- Discounts available when adding additional members to your camp.
Does NOT include:
-Linger Longer camping pass for after the event. (separate ticket required)
-Educational Seminars on Friday, June 19th. (separate ticket required)
Note: No RV hookups available so practice your off grid skills. Porta potties and trash bins provided. Due to being parked in the event area, once parked and setup in the venue on Friday, no vehicles can leave the venue until Monday morning unless in the event of an emergency. Bringing a bike is a great option to still get around Oakridge if you want to go to the local grocer or historic Uptown with a coffee shop, pub, art gallery and bar/grill.
If you're traveling with a second vehicle or "toad" and would like to be able to use that vehicle while camping, we have limited parking spots at Greenwaters Park for purchase.
Sunday
Closed to the public and a very special day of connection, hangs, games and other community led activities like yoga, astrology readings and more. Only campers, staff, volunteers and seminar attendees have access to the event this day.
You can venture into town for businesses like the pub, bakery, coffee shop and thrift stores or head into the National Forest surrounding the event were there are biking/hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming holes and more.

~ LINGER LONGER ~
Stay in Oakridge, OR for a few days longer and explore everything it has to offer.
Oakridge, OR is known as the Mountain Bike Capital of the PNW with world class biking trails and that's just the beginning of what the town has to offer. We've created "Linger Longer" to give those of you coming to The Bus Fair some very affordable camping within the City limits so that you're within a short distance to all the shops, restaurants and events taking place the week after The Bus Fair.
This is also another great way to meet, hang and mingle with other nomadic folks in all different types of rigs.
Price: $65/person for three nights - 6/22, 6/23, 6/24
Check-in on Monday, June 22nd and check-out by 11am on Thursday, June 25th.
Camping Details
SPACE IS LIMITED. Camping is located at Greenwaters Park and for anyone that is in a completely self contained vehicle. There will be portable restrooms available but no water or power hookups. It is in the direct sun with plenty of hours for recharging solar systems. The area is mostly flat but leveling blocks are always a good idea to have. The site is easy to drive in and out of if you decide to drive to a trail head, one of the five rivers or numerous lakes.
The site is also near the Old Mill Disc Golf Course with 18 holes. An easy 1/2 mile walk from camp.
A bike or e-bike is an excellent way to get around town which is a total square mile radius of 2.1 miles. National Forest access is within 1/2 mile from camp.
