It takes a tribe to survive and we cannot put this fair on without volunteers. Volunteers are the key part to success in putting on any great event. We want to make your time as a volunteer is just as enjoyable as the free time you get to spend at the fair. That's a promise. We create volunteer schedules that give you up to 2 hour breaks for exploring, eating and drinking.
If you're interested in volunteering we'd love to have your help. In exchange for volunteering you'll get a free ticket to the event. For those looking to put in a few more extra hours of help we'd love to give you some extra perks listed below.
Below are the different levels of volunteering that you can sign up for.

| 4 hrs on Sat or Sun | Entry ticket for Sat and Sun |
| 8 hrs spread over 2 days | Entry ticket, exclusive volunteer hat by local artist & discounted camping and educational seminars |
| 16 hrs spread over 2 or 3 days (limited) | Entry ticket, exclusive volunteer hat and free camping |
| 24 hrs spread over 4 or 5 days (limited) | Entry ticket, hat, free camping and Educational Seminars |
Note: Camping sells out quick so if you know you are planning to camp, buy a camping ticket before they're gone. If your volunteer application is approved for the level of volunteering that earns free camping, but you've already paid for camping, we'll refund you for the camping ticket.
